Reporting to the Chief Research Officer, independent contractor charged with supporting Racial Equity Leadership Academy website development, conducting racial climate surveys and resource compilation for educational leaders to address the racial/cultural deterrents of student success.

Funded by the Sloan Foundation, the Racial Equity Leadership Academy is a “nine-month professional learning and strategic racial equity action planning experience for STEM faculty leaders at colleges and universities across the United States.” As an independent contractor, I work with recruitment of 250 STEM department chairs to participate in the program for the 2021-22 school year, supporting the project team in developing program framework.
